What the initial review covers: a structured read of your programme file in P6, MS Project or Asta, covering logic integrity, critical path, baseline status, and how the programme sits against the contract requirements (NEC Clause 31/32, JCT or FIDIC). You receive a short written summary of findings and practical observations, at no charge and with no obligation. If the findings point to corrective work, a re-baseline or ongoing support, that follows as a separately scoped engagement, with the fee confirmed in writing before chargeable work begins.
