Programmes built specifically for NEC3, NEC4, JCT and FIDIC requirements, not adapted from a template after the fact. Clause 31/32 alignment is built in from day one.

Every output (programme, narrative, reporting pack) passes an NEC-accredited governance check before issue, so what reaches your client or commercial team is controlled and defensible.

Scope, fee, outputs and timeline are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Nothing is chargeable until you have agreed it.
WHY IT MATTERS
What a credible programme protects
Time entitlement
Compensation events run on notification discipline. A missed eight-week notification under NEC clause 61.3 can time-bar the entitlement on that event.
FIDIC runs the same discipline harder: clause 20.2 gives 28 days.
Margin visibility
Change priced against a credible critical path is defensible. Change argued without one is negotiable. Disciplined reporting keeps the commercial position visible while it can still be corrected.

Compensation events, time impact analysis and extension of time
These run on a spectrum from routine to disputed. Where yours sits decides which engagement covers it, and there is no separate line item to buy.
LIVE AND PROSPECTIVE
Routine compensation event assessment, in-cycle time impact analysis and cooperative extension of time work are handled every reporting cycle inside the retainer, as part of the relationship rather than as a separate fee.
RETROSPECTIVE OR DISPUTED
A rejected EOT, a challenged CE quotation, a Clause 64 assessment or a claim reconstructed after the fact are scoped per event, and start with the fixed-fee Position Review that tells you where the records leave you.
