About NEC Planning Solutions
NEC Planning Solutions is a UK construction planning and project controls consultancy supporting contractors and asset owners across infrastructure, utilities, power and renewables, process industries, food and beverage, and data centre projects.

We help clients win work, protect margin and deliver projects with confidence through contract-aware programmes, disciplined project controls and decision-grade reporting. Our work is built around practical delivery needs, not generic planning theory, so programmes are structured to support tender submissions, live project control, recovery planning and change management under NEC3, NEC4, JCT and FIDIC contracts.
What we do
We build and assure logic-linked programmes in Primavera P6, MS Project and other leading tools, then support delivery through reporting, dashboards, narrative development and programme assurance.

Our services cover tender programmes and programme narratives, pre-construction planning, NEC programme compliance, live project controls and reporting, compensation event and change support, and programme health checks and recovery planning.

Governance and QA
Every engagement operates through a defined quality-governed delivery model. Outputs are overseen by a senior planning lead and pass through a structured QA gateway before issue.

Programmes, updates and reporting packs are checked for logic integrity, constraints, baseline status, data date discipline, progress rules, narrative alignment and contract relevance. The aim is straightforward: give clients confidence that the information they are issuing is controlled, defensible and fit for purpose.

Founder Profile
Roman leads governance, QA and delivery standards across engagements. He brings practical experience in construction planning, project controls, tender support, programme assurance and change across contractor environments and complex project delivery.

His role is to set the standard, direct methodology and maintain quality across outputs, while supported delivery capacity and specialist partners are deployed where project scope requires it.
