WHAT WE DID
We engaged with the entire project team to create a comprehensive construction program for a critical shutdown. This process involved gathering information from 3D models, drawings, and expert opinions from the engineering team. The program was then distributed to all parties involved in project delivery to ensure compliance with critical milestones.
The planning solutions team developed a robust program management strategy that facilitated successful and timely project delivery, benefiting the project and all stakeholders involved.
We provided extensive planning support and deployed a dedicated on-site planner with relevant technical expertise for the M&E shutdown works. All contractor schedules were integrated into a Master Program. Additionally, we implemented a weekly project metrics dashboard to monitor construction progress, which was further supported by a commissioning system tracker tool.
