We were involved in preparing the Tender Programme, which included a graphical timeline presentation. This approach improved our tender score and ultimately helped the contractor win the project. Our support extended to full project planning and controls, covering everything from creating the Clause 31 programme to providing monthly updates and lookaheads that coordinated construction activities. We ensured that reporting met the NEC contract requirements in line with client specifications within the NEC3 Option A framework.
